About Us

Who are we?

We provide industry skills for all personnel who work in the Caravan Industry.  Our team of
professional training providers have more than 18 years of experience in delivering professional accreditations to the Caravan Industry. 

Our portfolio is made up of both tutor-led courses and a wide range of online courses. We provide training opportunities to employers and individuals across all caravan industry sectors, including: workshops, dealerships, mobile technicians, manufacturers, holiday home and residential park operators.

We are a specialist division of the largest trade association for the industry, the NCC (National Caravan Council).  As a not for profit organisation, we represent endorsed training opportunities for industry personnel.  NCC members receive discounts against a large range of our accredited learning programmes, but all our courses are accessible to anyone.

We acquired SkillsActive - CITO in October 2015 to further enlarge our portfolio and to provide a more central point of contact for all your training requirements.

What do we do?

We only deliver caravan industry specific courses.  Professional accreditations in our courses ensure the learning outcomes meet strict criteria which reassures you, our work is benchmarked and assessed to training provider standards.  Therefore, you know our courses meet the needs of your personal development and not just because we say so!

All our trainers and tutors are experts in their field and have worked within our consultancy
teams for many years.  They understand our industry and its complexities, which means they are involved in working with us at the beginning of a course’s research and development to its actual delivery to the delegate.

Everyone involved in our projects play an important part in the delivery of the finished course.

We make sure our courses give you the compliance and knowledge you need to ensure successful growth of your business and more importantly your own personal development.  We write industry specific courses that are relevant to your work and we are always available to discuss your company and personal requirements to achieve your aims.

Our own standards are high, we do not develop a course which delivers anything less than this.

We work closely with Sector Skills Councils, Certification and Awarding Bodies, technical working groups and professional agencies.  We ensure regulations and legislations include caravan specific working practices that meet industry Codes, making sure the learning outcomes are relevant and can be successfully applied in the workplace.
