This one-day training course will cover the following topics:

• Introduction to Whale.

• Space Heaters.

• Water Heaters.

• I Van System.

This course will provide a Certificate of Achievement after successful assessment, which is recognised by the Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS).  Technicians that have successfully completed this course are endorsed by Whale to carry out work on units covered by a warranty (please note, that this endorsement only extends to the technician to carry out the work themselves).
